UAS TAAC 2009 Conference - Visit Authorization Letter

Visit Authorization Letter (VAL)
Classified day (Dec. 10), at a state-of-the-art facility, is limited to U.S. citizens with appropriate clearance.  Clearance must be final.  Interims will not be accepted.  All visitors to the TAAC Classified Session scheduled for December 10, 2009. Must send a Visit Authorization Letter containing the following information:

2. Sending Company or Organization Name and full address
3. Visitor’s full name
4. Social Security Number
5. Date of Birth
6. Place of Birth
7. Citizenship must be listed
8. Level of Personnel Security Clearance
   a. Secret or Top Secret and Issue Date
   b. L or Q and Issue Date
   c. Do Not list additional accesses
9. Dates of Visit: December 8 – 11, 2009
10. Purpose of Visit: 2009 TAAC Conference

The VAL should be sent on company letterhead or a standard form from your Industrial Security Office and must be signed by the Facility Security Officer (the title must be spelled out, do not use acronyms).  All Visit Authorization Letters must be submitted by fax to the PSL Industrial Security Office (575-646-9516) on or before November 27, 2009.  VALs will not be accepted after November 27, 2009.

* Electronic equipment (i.e., cell phones, pagers, memory sticks, etc.) WILL NOT be allowed at the Classified Session. These items shall be left in your hotel room. Telephones will be available at the Classified Facility.
