An Invitation to Exhibit
We are delighted to invite companies and organizations to participate in
the 11th Annual TAAC 2009 Conference, to be held at the Tamaya Hyatt Regency
Resort, located on the Santa Ana Pueblo, north of Albuquerque, NM.,
on December 8-10 , 2009.
As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to personally present your products and services to approximately 300 individuals and organizations with interests in the UAS. DOD, DHS, NASA, FAA, NOAA, other federal agencies, private industry, and educational institutions will be represented at the conference. The exhibit area is strategically located with respect to the main traffic flow of the conference activities.
Exhibit Hours
Exhibit
hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between
Conference attendees and exhibitor personnel:

If it is necessary to alter exhibit hours in the best interest of the conference, Exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible.
Installation, Opening, and Dismantling
Display space will be available for set-up in the Hyatt Regency:

The exhibits will officially open at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 7, and all exhibits will remain in place until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 9.
Shipping and Storage
Exhibitors who are shipping materials should arrange for delivery no
earlier than December 5th. Exhibitors may arrange for a drayage company in
Albuquerque to hold their boxes until the requested delivery date.
Exhibitor Privileges
TAAC 2009 exhibitor space includes the following:
- 8’ X 10’ booth space area
- One (1) 6’ table with linen cover and 2 chairs
- Descriptive listing in the TAAC 2009 Program Guide
- 500 WATTS of power
Please Note: Exhibit displays cannot exceed 10' wide unless purchasing extra booth spaces.
Security
Exhibitors will be responsible for the security of their own booths.
Please do not leave equipment or irreplaceable items unattended, including
overnight. Exhibitors are advised to carry special insurance to
cover exhibit materials against damage and loss.
Rental Charges and Space Reservations
Display space will cost $1000.00 per
8’ X 10’ booth; each additional
space is $1000. Reservations will be accepted until Nov. 25, 2009. Display
space will be reserved on availability basis, based on receipt of
the Exhibitor Registration Form online. Please remit total payment by check or credit card
with your
Exhibitor
Registration Form. To reserve space, complete the Exhibitor
Registration Form online and mail total payment for space rental if
payment method is made by check, mail payment to:

Conference Registration
All exhibitors must register for the conference general sessions. The
Exhibitor
Registration Form online contains both exhibitor and conference registration forms
combined.
Confirmation
Registrations for exhibit space will be confirmed via e-mail. If you do
not receive confirmation, please contact Conference Services at (575)

Deadline
The deadline for reserving exhibit space is November 25, 2009. After
this date, exhibitor reservations will be accepted on the basis of
availability only.
