Visit Authorization Letter

Visit Authorization Letter (VAL)
Classified day (Dec 11), at a state-of-the-art facility, is limited to U.S. citizens with appropriate clearances. Clearances must be final; Interims will not be accepted. All visitors to the TAAC Classified Session scheduled for December 11, 2008, must send a visitor request containing the following information:

1. Company or Organization Name
2. Visitor Full Name
3. Social Security Number
4. Date of Birth
5. Place of Birth
6. Citizenship
7. Level of Clearance and Date
8. Dates of Visit: December 9-12, 2008
9. Place to be Visited: TAAC Conference
10. Address For VAL

The following must be on your Visit Authorization Letter:

1. Point of Contact - Paul Klarer
2. Purpose of Visit - TAAC Conference
3. To verify receipt of VAL, email Chris Scott (575) 646-9495 or Jaime Marrujo (575) 646-9439
4. Visit Request must be faxed to (575-646-9516), not emailed
5. Must be signed and titled by Security Officer

The request should be sent on company letterhead or a standard form from your Security Office, and must be signed by your Security Officer. Need-to-know approval will be filled out the day of the classified sessions. All Visit Requests must be submitted by fax to the PSL Security Office (575-646-9516) by November 21, 2008 (VALs will not be accepted after November 21).

* All electronic equipment (i.e. cell phones, pagers, memory sticks, etc.) WILL NOT be allowed at the Classified Session. These items should be left in your hotel room. Telephones will be available at the Classified Facility.
