TAAC 2008 Conference Registration Information "Celebrating 10 Years of Service to the UAS Community"

Conference Attendee Registration Fee Includes:

General Sessions (December 9 & 10, 2008)

  • Conference materials and admission to General sessions on December 9-10, 2008
  • Welcome Reception, Monday, December 8, 2008
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 9-10, 2008
  • After Conference CD (will be mailed to primary address listed)

Classified Session (December 11, 2008)

  • Breakfast, Lunch & Closing reception on Thursday
  • Session materials
  • After conference CD

Registration Does Not Include:

  • Travel arrangements and costs
  • Lodging
  • Parking fees
  • Transportation costs to and from the airport



How to Register

  1. Simply follow the link below to the online registration site.
  2. After completing the online registration process, you will receive an email indicating that your registration has been complete.
  3. If you do not receive notification via email in a timely manner (5-7 days), it is important that you contact us to ensure your registration has been received, as availability for this conference is on a first come, first served basis.

Due to limited capacity we cannot guarantee that on-site registration will be available.

Payment Terms

  • Payment for all conference fees is due at the time of registration. Credit card payments will be processed immediately and a receipt will be mailed. If you choose payment by check, we will hold finalization of your registration until payment is received. (If a check is not received within 14 days your registration is subject to cancellation). All payment must be received by November 26, 2008.
  • All fees are listed in U.S. dollars.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline for a partial refund is November 7, 2008. All cancellations received on or before November 7, 2008 will be credited all fees paid less a $50.00 processing charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 7, 2008.
