TAAC has made arrangements for a block of rooms at the Tamaya Hyatt Regency Resort, 1300 Tuyuna Trail, Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico 87004. A lodging rate for TAAC Conference participants is being offered by the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort, equal to the prevailing government rate for the nights of December 7 - 11. For guest lodging pre-conference (December 5 and 6) and post-conference (December 12 and 13) a "special rate" equal to prevailing government rate plus $47.95 will apply (plus taxes). To make a room reservation call 505-867-1234 or Hyatt Reservations at 1-800-233-1234. Please identify yourself with the TAAC Conference and specify the time and date of arrival and departure. Reservations must be made by November 21, 2008 to receive this rate.
The Resort requires that all reservation(s) be guaranteed either by a credit card (American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Master Card, Visa) or by a cash/check deposit. Individual reservation must give a 12-hour advance cancellation notice or be charged an night's lodging, tax, and fees included. The Resort charges and early departure fee of fifty percent (50%) of your daily rate in the event that you check out prior to your original departure date.
